Associate Professor & Chair in Resilience, Royal Military College of Canada
Lobna Chérif is the Chair in Resilience at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) and an associate professor in the Department of Military Psychology and Leadership. As the founding Director of the RMC Resilience Plus Program, she leads transformative initiatives to enhance resilience, leadership and well-being within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and beyond. Lobna earned her PhD in Psychology from Laval University and holds advanced certifications in positive psychology, resilience training, coaching and mindfulness-based strengths practices. Her research explores how psychological frameworks can be applied to strengthen leadership, optimize performance and improve well-being in high-stress environments. Her work has shaped leadership development and resilience training not only within the CAF, but also in various military institutions internationally. Her contributions have earned widespread recognition and numerous prestigious awards.

Coaching and Leadership Practice Lead, Third Factor
Kim Fulton is a leadership expert, facilitator, and strategic advisor to organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to non-profits. Prior to joining Third Factor, Kim was a Principal at management consulting firm Kearney, where she led the firm’s thought leadership and client offerings on employee experience topics. Kim is a passionate advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and was the leader of Kearney’s Women’s Network across North America and Latin America. She also completed a secondment with Catalyst, a global non-profit and leading voice on workplace gender equity.
