Gender Diverse Field Trip: Rocketing Through Gender Space

Booooo fast fashion and clothing waste are scary~
Students who are BIPoC and/or 2SLGBTQ+ are invited to join us on October 31st 4-8pm at Rideau building (207 Stuart St) third floor for an evening of Halloween themed fun!
Expect:
-materials to modify and upcycle your clothing (sewing, patches, fabric markers, buttons etc)
-textile projects (tote bad decorating, cross stitch etc)
-mini pumpkin painting hosted by
-activities led by Vyn
-Rocky Horror Picture Show screening
-some make-up and guidance provided on site
Examples of what you might do:
Bring your costume and use this space to get into your costume and make up!
Watch Rocky Horror Picture Show and work on your own crochet project.
Follow along with Vyn for Halloween themed textile crafts.
Fix some rips and buttons on your damaged clothes.
Chat and paint pumpkins with
