Biography
Dr. Glenda Fisk is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist who applies evidence-based findings from psychological research to better understand and improve workplace attitudes, behaviours, and experiences. She joined Queen’s University in 2006 after earning her Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Fisk’s research interests have evolved in response to both professional interests and personal experiences. Her current work focuses on employee experiences with grief and loss, with particular attention to how organizations can better recognize, support, and respond to individuals navigating significant bereavement.
Dr. Fisk teaches a range of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Statistics, and Research/Survey Methods.
