Compassion isn’t just kindness. It’s a powerful workplace skill that can shape culture, strengthen relationships, and support resilience.
Join us for Compassion in the Workplace to explore how compassion shows up in everyday interactions, and how you can use it to foster both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness.
Every workplace interaction has the potential to shape the culture and foster connections. Whether it’s welcoming a new colleague, supporting a team member through change, navigating a difficult conversation, or collaborating on complex projects, the way we show up for each other matters.
This session will explore how compassion can transform everyday workplace interactions, strengthen collaboration, and support resilience in times of challenge. Participants will learn practical strategies for communicating with empathy while maintaining professionalism and reflect on the importance of extending compassion to themselves as well as others.
What you’ll learn:
- What compassion is, and how it differs from empathy.
- Common workplace moments where compassion makes a difference.
- Strategies to communicate with empathy while maintaining boundaries and professionalism.
- Why compassion for yourself is essential to sustain wellbeing and effectiveness at work.
