The Equity and Human Rights Offices will present the 2016 Tri-awards in the areas of Employment Equity, Human Rights and Accessibility. In keeping with the spirit of the 175th anniversary, this year's recipients focus on alumni (grad/under-grad students and staff or faculty who has previously worked at the institution). The recipients this year are; Katie Charboneau (Steve Cutway Accessibility Award), Sheila Devine (Employment Equity Award) and Diane Kelly (Human Rights Initiatives Award). The event will host a panel discussion with the recipients, presentation of the awards by Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic), Benoit-Antoine Bacon and light refreshments to follow.
