Description:
The Kingston group, Oakridge Ave. is quickly becoming known as one of the region鈥檚 hottest emerging bands. Featuring a lineup of four dynamic musicians鈥擧arrison Stewart-Juby, Thomas Draper, Joe Kenny, and Sean Patterson鈥攖he group often draws inspiration from their hometown.
With Patterson's melodic vocal hooks and stacked choruses, the band's lyrics are familiar but distinct, establishing themes that tap into deeper questions of humanity and what binds people together despite their differences. Through the band鈥檚 strong musical craftsmanship with Draper鈥檚 masterful guitar riffs, Kenny鈥檚 driving bass, and Stewart-Juby鈥檚 heavy percussion, Oakridge Ave. creates a vivid and fresh sound with maximum colour saturation.
