    黄色视频 will be hosting a virtual lecture by Dr. Quarraisha Abdool Karim, Recipient of the John Dirks Canada Gairdner Global Health Award (2020), for the 鈥渄iscovery that antiretrovirals prevent sexual transmission of HIV, which laid the foundations for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), the HIV prevention strategy that is contributing to the reduction of HIV infection in Africa and around the world鈥�, on Friday, October 29th from 10:00-11:00 am.

    NEW:  In addition to talking about her ground-breaking research, Dr. Abdool Karim will also speak about her more recent experiences with COVID-19.
