    QIESR (»ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ Institute for Educational Research and Scholarship) Organizational Research & Behaviour (ORB) Nexus brings together faculty, staff, administrators, researchers, educational leaders, and community partners to explore how educational scholarship can strengthen workplace learning, leadership, and organizational development. 

    Extending the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning beyond traditional classrooms, the ORB Nexus examines how organizations cultivate leadership, support professional growth, and create healthy workplace cultures through collaborative inquiry, research, and knowledge sharing. Whether your interests include organizational learning, leadership development, professional education, workplace culture, or educational research, the ORB Nexus provides a welcoming interdisciplinary community committed to learning together.
