A robust, modern sustainable finance framework is absolutely vital to attracting investment to Canada and meeting climate targets. While other jurisdictions around the world race ahead, these rules are not yet in place in Canada. However, thanks to the work of the Sustainable Finance Action Council, the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board and other finance sector leaders, we can see the way forward.
