Description:
Queen鈥檚 employees are represented by 11 different collective agreements. Managing in this highly unionized environment is consequently often complicated. This session will help you gain confidence in dealing with those complications. After a very short presentation, the remainder of the time be dedicated to questions posed by participants. It will be spontaneous, instructive, and expertly facilitated by members of Human Resources Employee and Labour Relations team, folks who have spent a great deal of time at the negotiating table.
