As Canada’s workforce evolves, women between 40 and 55 now represent one of the fastest-growing demographics—and many are navigating the challenges of menopause while balancing their careers.
Research from the Menopause Foundation of Canada highlights the significant impact of unmanaged symptoms on both individuals and workplaces, underscoring the importance of support and awareness.
This 1-hour session, led by nutrition experts, provides practical strategies to help participants better understand and manage the unique nutritional needs of menopause. Participants will explore:
- The connection between nutrition, heart health, bone strength, and weight management
- The role of lifestyle and diet in supporting physical and emotional wellbeing
- Insights into traditional vs. medical approaches to hormonal therapy
