Dr. Kate St. Cyr is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the School of Nursing whose work explores the intersection of health outcomes and lived experience. Her research focuses on treatment outcomes and determinants of health, with a particular emphasis on military personnel and Veterans. Dr. St. Cyr also investigates the impact of vicarious trauma, aiming to improve support systems for those affected by secondary exposure to trauma in clinical and caregiving settings. Her work bridges clinical insight with compassionate inquiry, contributing to more informed and empathetic healthcare practices.
