    As you work from home, you may realize the couch and the coffee table are not the ideal office! Learn how you can improve your situation.

    Learn the basics of office ergonomics. Discover which elements of your home office you should consider changing. Understand how to improve your comfort while working at home. Understand how to arrange your computer, your monitor and your working surface. See a few examples of home office workstations and discover simple ways to improve your comfort and reduce your risk of developing a musculoskeletal injury.
