Opening doors requires more than opportunity 鈥� it requires intention. In this moderated employer panel, organizations reflect on how they are working to create pathways into work-integrated learning for equity-deserving students. Through honest discussion of recruitment, partnership, and workplace culture, panelists will explore what it means to actively reduce barriers and design more inclusive entry points into employment.
