The faculty (and staff) involved with the Department of Family Medicine鈥檚 Global Health Program are pleased to present two lectures by Dr. Joe Vipond, Department of Emergency Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary, on November 15 & 16. Dr. Vipond is a board member of the Canadian Association for Physicians for the Environment (CAPE), a group of physicians, allied health-care practitioners and citizens committed to healthy and sustainable environments.
Dr. Vipond's first lecture titled The Climate Crisis, Cognitive Dissonance, and Canada will take place on November 15, 2017 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the Biosciences Complex, Room 1103.
