    Improving psychological health and safety is a process of continual improvement. Everyone needs to be involved. This session is focused on discussing what organizational culture means for you in a positive and practical way.

    Every employee deserves a healthy work environment. This session will help to create the type of organization that thrives, and one that all employees would like to be a part of.

    Please come prepared to make a positive contribution by thinking about what would help improve organizational culture.
