Join us for a week of facilitated workshops and learning with Prof. Tanya McCance, RN, DPhil. Tanya is the Director, Institute of Nursing & Health Research, and Head of the Person-centered Practice Research Centre, School of Nursing at Ulster University. She is the author of author of Person Centred Practice in Nursing and Healthcare
Day 2 will focus on staff attributes as the prerequisites for person-centred practice as described within the PCPF. There will be a particular focus on knowing self in the context of developing a shared purpose underpinned by clarity of beliefs and values.
