    Description:

    Understand how our past approach to stress management may be incorrect. In this workshop, you’ll learn how changing your perception of stress can improve health, wellbeing and productivity. This workshop will teach you to use your stress to its full potential, while demystifying the myth that it should be avoided at all costs.

    In the workshop, you will:

    • Reflect on the stressors in your life
    • Discuss strategies critical to balancing school, work, and play
    • Gain confidence to use stress during busy periods
    • Develop a personalized strategy to balance student life

    NOTE: This workshop is for students only.  Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
