Women in Science Queen鈥檚 presents Donna Gillespie, Chief Executive Officer at Kingston Economic Development Corporation, for a special discussion on the 鈥榙os鈥� and 鈥榙on鈥檛s鈥� of salary negotiation, entitled 鈥楴egotiating Salary: Is there gender difference during the hiring process?鈥� Gillespie will share her expertise from the perspective of both an employee and an employer as well as dicuss the importance of being prepared to make your case and land a job offer that is realistic and reasonable. Lunch will be available during the discussion.
