    At our inaugural Writer in Residence event, Omar El Akkad exclaimed that »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ creative writing professor Carolyn Smart "was one of the best things to ever happen to [his] journalism career." Omar will talk about this and more at our second Writer in Residence event--In Conversation: Journalism.
