    Where:
15 Arch St, School of Medicine Building

    Description:

Sleep is not a luxury. It is a foundational pillar of Lifestyle Medicine and a powerful determinant of cognitive performance, emotional resilience, cardiometabolic health, immune function, and long-term disease prevention.

In this evidence-based session participants will gain practical, and clinically relevant strategies to improve sleep quality and support patients experiencing insomnia. This session reinforces why sleep must be prioritized in both prevention and treatment.
