    Description:

    Tap into your creativity and wellbeing in this guided watercolour session with artist Melanie Gray. Explore different techniques while reflecting on your emotions, personal motivation, and physical well-being. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to express yourself!

    - A relaxing and mindful space to explore personal wellbeing
    - Guided watercolour techniques to encourage creative flow
    - A chance to connect with colleagues through art

    • Description: This session will help participants connect with themselves and assess where they are emotionally and physically. Guided through watercolour techniques, participants will explore self-expression, stress relief, and creativity in a calming and supportive environment.
