Aligned with the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, this session builds organizational capacity for respectful, psychologically safe culture through practical reflection, shared responsibility, and collaborative actions that contribute to continual improvement.​

This session explores organizational culture in a practical and constructive way, with a focus on continual improvement in psychological health and safety. Participation and shared responsibility across the organization are emphasized.

In this session, participants will:

• Review the principles of psychologically safe discussions
• Develop a shared understanding of organizational culture
• Recognize how organizational culture shows up in everyday behaviours, interactions, and systems
• Identify words and values that reflect a positive and healthy organizational culture
• Select actions that demonstrate and reinforce positive organizational culture
• Explore criteria for creating meaningful and sustainable change
• Collaboratively recommend a concrete action to strengthen organizational culture
