    Description:

    Understand factors that affect your well-being and the things you can do to increase your emotional resilience. In this workshop, you will have a chance to reflect on your lifestyle and identify habits you can concentrate on that will contribute to your overall wellness.  

    In this workshop you will:

    • Identify what practices you already engage in that promote well-being
    • Reflect on the ways some of your habits may be draining your resources to deal with challenges and how you can make adjustments to better manage your stress
    • Learn 5 exercises to build your mental muscle
    • Learn how to cut yourself some “S.L.A.C.Kâ€‌ in the New Year & how to cultivate grit.
