    A new version of the »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ Events Calendar will launch Wednesday, August 26. All events dated September 1, 2024 and later will be migrated. As part of this process, additions to the current calendar will be suspended at 3:00 p.m. on August 25.

    Description:

    Understand concepts of positive psychology as they relate to your ability to be successful in university. In this workshop you will learn more about how to incorporate resilience and grit into your everyday routine. This session will prepare you to handle potential adversities you may face, and help you experience greater fulfillment and happiness over the coming months.

    In this workshop you will:

    • Develop individualized strategies to manage potential obstacles and roadblocks to achieving your goals
    • Develop a personalized strategy to help you incorporate grit and optimism into everyday life
    • Discuss practical tips to building resilience and bouncing back from adverse situation

    NOTE: This workshop is for students only.  Registration is recommended but drop-ins welcome.
