Description:
Each 1-hour session will focus on a different, related topic including: assertiveness styles, assertiveness training skills, building healthy boundaries, managing difficulty relationships with supervisors (emphasis for graduate students) and abusive relationships. Students can join at any time, as each module stands alone.
