    A new version of the »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ Events Calendar will launch Wednesday, August 26. All events dated September 1, 2024 and later will be migrated. As part of this process, additions to the current calendar will be suspended at 3:00 p.m. on August 25.

    Description:

    This course is apart of the Administrative Professionals at »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ Master Certificate (APAQM).  The certificate bridges the APAQ certificate, and provides administrative staff who have completed the APAQ with an opportunity to obtain enhanced skills in the areas of strategic thinking, leadership styles, and business communication. It is also appropriate for experienced staff who do not require a foundational level certificate.

    There are 10 workshops in this program. Participants are required to take the 8 core workshops and 2 of the 5 electives.

    Please note that you must register in the Certificate program in order to receive a certificate upon completion; you must also register in each individual workshop.

    The course specifically assess your assertiveness style and utilize this information to develop skills needed to express yourself directly and honestly.
