    This course is apart of the Administrative Professionals at »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ Certificate (APAQ) offered by Human Resources. This is a certificate that helps staff develop the skills and knowledge to be the most effective administrative professional possible. 

    There are 10 workshops required to complete this program - all 8 core workshops, plus 2 of the 6 electives.

    Please note that you must register in the Certificate program in order to receive a certificate upon completion; you must also register in each individual workshop.
