Description:
Join us to learn more about the rise and current state of the opioid crisis, its impact on our community, and new challenges faced at the intersection of the overdose epidemic and COVID-19 pandemic. This session will include information on understanding who’s at risk, how to stay safe, and how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose. Attendees will also learn about harm reduction services available in our area including how to get a free life-saving naloxone kit.
