Description:
Join Interfaith Chaplain Erin Burns outside for a time of nature-based centring/grounding. In this busy time of year, remembering to get outside and breathe deeply can be a challenge. Explore ways to engage with nature to help navigate stressful times. Dress for the weather!
Registration is strongly encouraged incase of inclement weather or last minute location changes. Register at chaplain@queensu.ca.
Masks must be worn if distancing cannot be maintained.
