Join us for a week of facilitated workshops and learning with Prof. Tanya McCance, RN, DPhil. Tanya is the Director, Institute of Nursing & Health Research, and Head of the Person-centered Practice Research Centre, School of Nursing at Ulster University. She is the author of author of Person Centred Practice in Nursing and Healthcare

Day 3 will provide the opportunity to explore the challenges in the healthcare system that enhance or impede aspiring leaders in promoting person-centred practice. Central to this will be understanding the impact of culture and context. The PCPF will be used as the lens to explore the macro context and the practice environment as key enablers to developing healthful cultures.
