Racial micro-aggressions are just as likely to occur outside the classroom as they are to occur inside the classroom. In line with the university鈥檚 commitment to anti-racism and inclusion, this session aims to explore what micro-aggressions are, and how they operate in the classroom. Participants will co-develop strategies to effectively respond to racial micro-aggressions to facilitate inclusive and safer learning environments for all students.
