    Description:

    Are you ready to elevate your teaching for the 2024-2025 academic year? Join us at the Course Design Institute, designed to help you create or refine your course and prepare you for the upcoming teaching journey.

    Why Attend?

    What to Expect?

    In this course design institute, you'll explore evidence-based practices to:

    • Develop and/or refine your course learning outcomes.
    • Brainstorm ideas for assessment and learning activities.
    • Review and advance your course design and teaching on decolonization, accessibility, inclusivity, anti-racism, and global engagement.
    • Apply principles of course design to improve student engagement and learning.

    By the end of the institute, you will have a solid foundation ready for your teaching in the fall. The activities will include both formal and informal discussions, dedicated individual work periods, and opportunities for collaboration.
