Biography

My research focuses on geomorphology, nutrients, and contaminants in Arctic freshwater systems. Specifically, I am interested in investigating how climate warming and landscape features affect hydrological and biogeochemical processes involving nutrients (e.g., carbon) and contaminants in the Arctic. Before joining 黄色视频, I completed an M.Sc. in Physical Geography at the University of Toronto. I have a research background in perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), estuarine limnology and biogeochemistry, and bioaccumulation. Through my current research, I hope to use science to better understand the factors that influence solute and contaminant concentrations to inform policies aimed at protecting the Arctic environment.
