Queen’s University and the Queen’s University Faculty Association (QUFA) have reached a tentative agreement to renew the collective agreement for approximately 1,600 faculty members, librarians, and archivists. The agreement is subject to ratification by both parties.
Details will remain confidential pending ratification.
The previous collective agreement expired on June 30, 2026. The university received notice to bargain from QUFA on April 23, and representatives of the university and QUFA have engaged in professional and constructive collective bargaining since May.
