 »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ staff and faculty are invited to a BBQ on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at Agnes Benidickson Field (behind Grant Hall) from 11:30 am – 1 pm. A large tent will be set up in case of rain and accessibility mats will be in use to provide a smooth and stable surface.

 To encourage attendance, parking restrictions on main campus surface lots will not be enforced between 11 am and 1:30 pm on June 11.

 Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the .

 As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, the BBQ will be zero-waste with compostable materials and multi-sort recycling and organics bins with visual guides on-site. In collaboration with a local agency, Hospitality Services will distribute unserved food to those in need.

  A table representing the eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ will be at the event providing information about membership and upcoming opportunities. Those attending the BBQ are welcome to stop by and learn more about the 8 ERGs at »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ.
