Jeff joined »ÆÉ«ÊÓƵ as a Procurement Specialist in the spring of 2026 with over 20 years of procurement experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to beginning his career in public procurement, Jeff worked in various roles within the hospitality and gaming sectors, and has experience working in manufacturing and consumer packaged goods spaces. Jeff's public sector experience began with CreateTO, the real estate branch of the City of Toronto, and continued through several consulting roles. Jeff's experience includes policy development, leading requests for quotations, proposals, tenders, and supplier qualifications, end to end procure to pay processes, as well as systems implementation. Jeff has procured general construction contractors; architectural services; furniture, fixtures and equipment; IT hardware and software; employee benefit programs; along with various other services and supplies. Jeff takes a keen interest in procurement law and the finer details of contract writing and supplier negotiations.
