Gather Together - Mindfulness, Meditation and Muse

The Peer Health Educators and Peer Wellness Coaches will host a session on the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Our Peer Wellness Coaches will expand on Health Promotion's Muse Biofeedback meditation headband and how students can book appointments to use the Muse and track their meditation progress. The session will then provide students to participate in a group meditation, led by the 'Muse' app.

There will be lots of quiet writing time, optional group activities to build community with other Indigenous grad students, opportunity to be out on the land and beautiful homecooked meals!
