Exploring Leadership What does leadership mean to you? How can individuals with different leadership styles work together to succeed? Conflict Resolution Learning to deal with conflict in a positive and constructive way is an important way to improve your well-being and relationships with your team. This workshop teaches you about conflict resolution and its usefulness in team settings. You will also participate in interactive scenarios to learn how to resolve conflicts effectively. Giving & Receiving Feedback Giving and receiving feedback means we can thoughtfully reflect on previous tasks and ways we can continue to improve. Although extremely important, there tends to be hesitation when it comes to feedback!
