RELS Alum Recognized for Her Research
Congratulations to Amy Hetherington (BAH 2018), who was commended in The Global Undergraduate Awards (UA) 2018. She received this award for her submission of her research paper from RELS 255, "Sherpa Buddhism: An Analysis of the effect of Tourism and Climate Change on Ritual Lifestyle," to the Social Sciences: Anthropology & Cultural Studies category.

School of Religion Undergraduate and Incoming MA Student was Nominated for the Gender Studies Essay Award and Won!
Sam Maclennan won the Kathleen A. Herman Prize in Gender Studies for his essay entitled 鈥淨ueering Mary in Christian Feminist Theological Literature.鈥 Sam wrote this essay last term as part of the requirements for RELS 312 鈥 鈥淔eminist Christian Theology.鈥 We look forward to Sam beginning his MA with us in September.
