Advising Services During the Registration Period
From July 20 to September 21, during the Registration and Add/Drop periods, regular advising services will shift to registration-specific support . You will not be able to pre-book an appointment with an academic advisor during this time, but you can still connect with us for faster help and support.

- First-year students: Advising support will be able via email at passhelp@queensu.ca or by calling 613-533-6708
- First-year and upper year students: Advising support will be available via Zoom drop-in advising from 9–11:30 am EST and 1–3:30 pm EST (Monday to Friday)
