Strategic Framework for Queen’s Teaching and Learning Spaces

»ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ has developed a strategic framework for its teaching and learning spaces to support innovative pedagogy, enhance student engagement, and integrate modern technology. This framework is adaptable to future changes and incorporates principles of Indigenization - Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism, and Accessibility (I-EDIAA) to create equitable and accessible learning environments.

The Framework was informed by engagement sessions conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 and by analysis of Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 timetable data. It was finalized and published in September 2025, setting out a 15-year roadmap to guide the design, renewal, and allocation of teaching and learning spaces across Queen’s University.
